These terms apply to the use of the crossen.app website, including the waitlist. The crossen app is not yet available; separate terms of use will apply to the app from launch.

2. Service

On this website, crossen provides information about the planned dating app and lets you join a waitlist. crossen is under development; described features may change before launch. There is no entitlement to the release of the app or to any particular features.

3. Age requirement

crossen is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. By joining the waitlist you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and voluntary. You can remove yourself at any time via privacy@crossen.app. Joining does not entitle you to an invitation or to access to the app.

5. Availability

We aim to keep this website running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

6. Intellectual property

All content and illustrations on this site belong to crossen and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Liability

The content of this site has been prepared with care. We accept no liability for its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. To the extent permitted by law, crossen's liability is excluded; this does not apply to intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy

For details on what data we process and the rights you have, see our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here applies.

10. Severability

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide for a different venue.
